Join us for an hour and a half of independent training under the supervision of CheerStrike coaching staff. Athletes are able to burn off some energy and work on their skills in a safe environment, with the use of our equipment and guidance of our coaching staff. Non CheerStrike athletes will need to submit a WAIVER on their first visit.

Who: Open gym is for athletes who are 7 years old and up.
Cost:  $10+hst for CheerStrike members, $15+hst for non members. 
Dress Code: Attendees should wear comfortable athletic clothing that they can move in, clean indoor shoes and hair pulled back.
