Why take Parent & Tot at CheerStrike?

• A safe and welcoming environment to let your toddler burn off all that energy.
• A great opportunity for your toddler to start exploring how strong and physically capable their growing body is through jumping, climbing, sliding, swinging, hanging and practicing coordinated movement.

Parent & Tot Programs

Daytime Parent & Tot Play Time

Who: One parent and children aged 1.5 - 4 years old

*Note that this is not an instructor led class.

Participants will have the opportunity to play and explore in the gym with stations and equipment set up to encourage fun and exploration of movement and gymnastics skills such as balance, jumping & coordination. Parents will actively participate with their children and should wear comfortable clothing that you can move in with sock feet or clean indoor shoes.

Parent & Tot Class

Who: One parent and children aged 18 months - 3 years old

Parent & Tot classes focus on fun and exploration of movement and gymnastics skills such as balance, jumping & coordination. Parents will actively participate with their children and should wear comfortable clothing that you can move in with sock feet or clean indoor shoes.

Dress Code:

Athletes/parents participating in parent & tot classes should wear athletic attire that they can easily move in. Athletes should wear clean indoor shoes, bare feet or grippy socks (regular socks are not permitted). There are no specific dress code requirements for classes other than that bare midriffs are not permitted.

What if I want to buy CheerStrike practice clothes?

You are more than welcome to dress for practice in some of our stylish and affordable practice gear!

Fall Class Registration

Note that many of our Recreational classes are now taking place in our new space, The Courtyard. Unit #4, on the NW corner of the building.

Sibling Discount Program: When enrolling multiple children there will be a discount of 10% applied to the 2nd child's fees and 15% for the 3rd (and any subsequent siblings)

Saturday Classes:  (12 weeks): September 16th-December 16th (Closures: November 11th, December 2nd)
