Group Tumbling Classes
Group tumbling classes offer low Coach:Athlete ratios and are a great way to get consistent weekly training of your skills!
Private and semi private lessons are also available! You can view the schedules and book here
Level 1 Introductory Tumbling: This class is for athletes who are working on their level 1 skills such as cartwheels, forward rolls, handstands, bridges and bridge kickovers.
Level 1 Advanced Tumbling: This class is for athletes who are working on higher level skills for level 1 such as back and front walkovers and connected tumbling skills for level 1. Must have a consistent fall back into bridge with kickover to register for this class.
Level 2 Tumbling This class is for athletes who are working on back and front handsprings and roundoff back handsprings as well as connected/advanced Level 2 skills, must have a consistent fluid back walkover to register. Athletes should remain in this class until they can perform a roundoff double back handspring with a strong set and a connected double back handspring.
Level 3 Tumbling: This class is for athletes who are working on running back tucks and elite Level 3 connections and passes. Must have a consistent roundoff double back handspring with a strong set as well as connected standing double back handspring to register. Athletes should remain in this class until they can perform a consistent front tuck stepout, jump double back handspring with strong set and a specialty skill through to roundoff double back handspring tuck.

Saturday Classes: 8 Week Session-May 2nd-June 27th (No Classes on May 16th)
Winter Session Key Dates
Saturday Classes: 10 Week Session-January 11th – April 25th (No classes on January 25th, February 1st, February 15th, March 14th, March 21st, April 4th
Tuesday Classes: 13 Weeks-January 7th-April 7th (No class March 17th)
Wednesday Classes: 13 Weeks-January 8th-April 8th (No class March 18th)
Thursday Classes: 10 Weeks-January 9th-March 26th (No class March 19th)
