Group Tumbling Classes
Group tumbling classes offer low Coach:Athlete ratios and are a great way to get consistent weekly training of your skills!
Private and semi private lessons are also available! You can view the schedules and book here
Level 1 Introductory Tumbling: This class is for athletes who are working on their level 1 skills such as cartwheels, forward rolls, handstands, bridges and bridge kickovers.
Level 1 Advanced Tumbling: This class is for athletes who are working on higher level skills for level 1 such as back and front walkovers and connected tumbling skills for level 1. Must have a consistent fall back into bridge with kickover to register for this class.
Level 2 Tumbling This class is for athletes who are working on back and front handsprings and roundoff back handsprings as well as connected/advanced Level 2 skills, must have a consistent fluid back walkover to register. Athletes should remain in this class until they can perform a roundoff double back handspring with a strong set and a connected double back handspring.
Level 3 Tumbling: This class is for athletes who are working on running back tucks and elite Level 3 connections and passes. Must have a consistent roundoff double back handspring with a strong set as well as connected standing double back handspring to register. Athletes should remain in this class until they can perform a consistent front tuck stepout, jump double back handspring with strong set and a specialty skill through to roundoff double back handspring tuck.
Level 4 Tumbling: This class is for athletes who are working on Layouts, Standing tucks, punch front connections and other elite Level 4 connections and passes. Must have a consistent roundoff double back handspring tuck as well as connected standing triple back handspring. Athletes should remain in this class until they can perform a consistent front tuck stepout though to layout, jump to back handspring tuck, standing tuck, cartwheel tuck and other Level 4 specialty passes.
Tumbling for Dancers: This class is designed for dancers who are looking for additional training time for their acro tumbling skills. The class will be individually focused with each athlete working toward their individual tumbling skill goals under the direction of an experienced acro/tumbling coach. This class is geared toward athletes working on skills such as walkovers, handsprings, aerials and tucks.
WINTER CLASS REGISTRATION
Saturday Classes: 10 Week Session-January 11th – April 25th (No classes on January 25th, February 1st, February 15th, March 7th, March 14th, April 4th)
Sunday Classes-6 Week Sessions: Level 4: January 5th-February 9th/Level 1-January 5th-February 23rd (no class February 2nd or 16th)
Tuesday Classes: 13 Weeks-January 7th-April 7th (No class March 10th)
Wednesday Classes: 13 Weeks-January 8th-April 8th (No class March 11)
Thursday Classes: 13 Weeks-January 9th-April 9th (No class March 12th)
FALL CLASS REGISTRATION
Saturday Classes: 11 week session-Sept. 14th- Dec. 14th (no classes on November 2nd, November 30th or December 7th)
Tuesday Classes: 14 week session-September 10th-December 10th (no closures this session)
Wednesday Classes: 14 Week Session September 11th-December 11th (no closures this session)
