Open Gym

Join us for an hour and a half of independent training under the supervision of CheerStrike coaching staff. Athletes are able to burn off some energy and work on their skills in a safe environment, with the use of our equipment and guidance of our coaching staff. Non CheerStrike athletes will need to submit a Waiver on their first visit. Please see below for Open Gym schedule/dates!
Who: Weekend open gym is for athletes who are 7 years old and up
Cost:  $5 for registered CheerStrike athletes for the 2019-2020 Season, $10 for non members. 
Dress Code: Attendees should wear comfortable athletic clothing that they can move in, either bare feet or clean indoor shoes (no sock feet) and hair pulled back. All open gym attendees are expected to adhere to our gym dress code, which includes no bare midriffs.

Saturday January 4th: 12pm-1:30pm
Saturday January 11th: 2:00pm-3:30pm
Saturday January 18th: 4:30-6:00pm
Saturday January 25th-No Open Gym
Saturday February 1st-No Open Gym
Saturday February 8th: 4:30-6:00pm
Saturday February 15th: No Open Gym
Saturday February 22nd: 4:30-6:00pm
Saturday February 29th: 4:30-6:00pm



*Open gym will not run on competition weekends or when we have special events.

Members Only-FREE Weekday Open Gym for athletes 9+ runs on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 4-5pm
