Ninja Class
This class is perfect for any child who has a drive to play, climb, build and have fun!
This class is a mix between foundational strength skill building, heroic games and energy burning exercises. Children will enjoy the use of our tumble track, gym mats and ninja activity designed equipment to challenge themselves and have a fantastic time while doing it!
U8 Ninja - Children ages 6-8 years old
U12 Ninja - Children ages 9-12 years old

Kinder Ninja Class
Our Kinder Ninja Class has all the same Ninja fun and challenges, but designed carefully for our littlest daredevils!
Kinder Ninja - Children ages 3-5 years old
DRESS CODE:
Athletes/parents participating in parent & tot classes should wear athletic attire that they can move in. Athletes should wear clean indoor shoes, bare feet or grippy socks (regular socks are not permitted). There are no specific dress code requirements for classes other than that bare midriffs are not permitted.
What if I want to buy CheerStrike practice clothes?
You are more than welcome to dress for practice in some of our stylish and affordable practice gear!

Spring Class Registration
Note that many of our Recreational classes are now taking place in our new space, The Courtyard. Unit #4 NW corner of the building.
Sibling Discount Program: When enrolling multiple children there will be a discount of 10% applied to the 2nd child's fees and 15% for the 3rd (and any subsequent siblings)
