Group Tumbling Classes
Group tumbling classes offer low Coach:Athlete ratios and are a great way to get consistent weekly training of your skills.

Class Descriptions
Level 1 Introductory Tumble:
This class is for athletes who are working on their level 1 skills such as cartwheels, forward rolls, handstands, bridges and bridge kickovers.
Level 1 Advanced Tumble:
This class is for athletes who are working on more difficult skills for level 1 such as back and front walkovers and connected tumbling skills for level 1. Must have a consistent fall back into bridge with kickover to register for this class.
Level 2 Tumble:
This class is for athletes who are working on back and front handsprings and roundoff back handsprings as well as connected/advanced Level 2 skills, must have a consistent, and technically correct, back walkover to register. Athletes should remain in this class until they can perform a roundoff double back handspring with a strong set and a technically sound standing back handspring.
Level 2/3 Tumble:
This class is for athletes who have mastered their level 2 basics (back & front handsprings and roundoff back handsprings as well as connected/advanced Level 2 skills) and are beginning to learn their level 3 skills. Athletes should remain in this class until they can consistently perform a roundoff back handspring back tuck and standing triple back handspring. Must have a consistent roundoff double back handspring with a strong set and a technically sound standing back handspring.
Level 3 Tumble:
This class is for athletes who have mastered their level 2 elite skills and have begun to perform Level 3 skills. Must have a consistent front walkover roundoff double back handspring with a strong set and a technically sound standing back handspring with strong set.
Level 3/4 Tumble:
This class is for athletes who are working on Elite Level 3 connections and passes as well as introductory Level 4 Skills (standing tucks, layouts, punch front stepouts). Must have a consistent roundoff back handspring tuck with a strong set as well as connected standing triple back handspring to register.
Level 4/5 Tumble:
This class is for athletes who are working on Elite Level 4 connections and passes as well as introductory Level 5 Skills (ie. fulls, Arabians, jump tuck connections). Must have a consistent roundoff back handspring layout with a strong set as well as connected standing back tuck to register.
Power Tumbling with Coach Jenna:
This program is for athletes 10+ who are working on back tucks at minimum. Athletes must have mastered all of their Level 2 skills prior to joining this program.
A developmental tumbling program emphasizing the basics of power tumbling components. Athletes will learn the basics on spatial awareness, attentiveness and ability to make corrections.
Cheerstrike’s Power Tumbling program is for the dedicated athlete, focusing specifically on skill acquisition and connection implementation to create powerful routines. Specific coordination, strength, and commitment are required. Our goal is to develop each athlete to his or her fullest potential.

Monday Classes: January 9th - April 1st - 10 weeks. Closures: February 20th, March 13th
Tuesday Classes: January 10th-April 4th - 12 weeks. Closures: March 14th
Wednesday Classes -January 11th-April 12th- 12 weeks. Closures: March 15th
Friday Classes - January 6th- March 31st - 10 weeks. Closures: January 20th, February 17th, March 17th
Saturday Classes - January 7th - April 1st - 9 weeks. Closures: January 21st, February 18th, March 11th, March 25th
