Building Leaders and Bonds

At CheerStrike Royals in London Ontario we love mentoring young athletes as Coach’s Helpers on our many mini and tini aged teams.

This valuable volunteer opportunity allows these young athletes to get experience working with children, with coaching cheer and with being a leader who sets an example for younger athletes to learn from.

These coach’s helpers are dedicated to our program and the development of the athletes they mentor.

The younger athletes look up to the CheerStrike coach’s helpers and build bonds with them that last for years.

Cheerleading helps you develop as an athlete and as a good employee and person. The coach’s helpers learn how to be reliable, how to solve problems and how to instruct children.

The bonds they create last for years. One day these coach’s helpers will one day be coaching these same athletes, building them into champions as well.
